Why the name "Rickhouse Knives"?

A rickhouse is a building specifically designed for storing and aging distilled spirits, primarily whiskey, in barrels. You will find all of your favorite bourbon labels side-by-side aging as they develop distinct flavor, color, and aroma.

Similarly, Rickhouse Knives will host your favorite knife brands with a distinctive selection so you can pick up all of your favorite pairings in one place.

How often are new knives added to The Rickhouse?
