Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of what we sell. If something is not right with your order, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

Return Window

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization. All returns require prior approval and a Return Authorization number before being sent back.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, inserts, hardware, and accessories. Products that show signs of use, wear, or modification cannot be accepted for return.

You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We recommend insured shipping and secure packaging. Items damaged or lost in transit due to inadequate packaging are the responsibility of the sender.

Authorized returns must be received within 14 days of issuance of the Return Authorization number. International returns must be received within 21 days.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once your return is received. You may choose an exchange, store credit, or a refund of the item price excluding original shipping charges. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns incur processing costs and impact inventory availability. This fee helps offset those operational costs.

Leather Goods

Leather products require careful handling prior to return. Any wear, stretching, marking, or break-in renders the item non-returnable. Items must remain unused and unthreaded through belts or loops. Inserting knives, tools, or other objects into leather goods constitutes use and voids return eligibility.

We encourage inspection before use. Leather develops character immediately upon handling. Once altered, it cannot be restored to new condition.

Leather Goods Guidelines

Leather is a natural material that develops character through handling and use. Because it changes quickly and permanently, leather goods require special care when evaluating them for return.

Handling and Inspection

Inspect leather products carefully before use. Any scratching, stretching, marking, or shaping that occurs through handling or wear makes the item non-returnable. Until you are certain you are keeping the item, handle it with clean hands and place it only on clean surfaces.

For leather goods designed to hold another object such as sheaths, holsters, or wallets, inserting that object is considered use. Leather immediately begins forming to the inserted item, which alters its original condition. Once this occurs, the product cannot be returned.

Belts and items with loops must not be threaded or fastened if you intend to evaluate them for return. Threading a belt through a buckle or loops permanently creases and stretches the leather. Once bent or shaped, it is considered used.

Break-In Considerations

Some leather goods are intentionally fitted tightly and will loosen naturally with normal use. If a product requires break-in, any stretching or forming performed by the customer voids return eligibility.

Leather expands more easily than it contracts. Over-stretching may permanently affect fit. Proceed gradually and conservatively when breaking in any leather item.

Cleaning and Care

Do not apply leather conditioners or softening agents to formed leather goods such as holsters or sheaths. These products can weaken structural integrity and alter fit.

To clean smooth leather, use a lightly damp cloth to remove dust and debris. Compressed air may be used to clear interior particles. For rough-out leather, a medium stiff brush is appropriate.

General Return Eligibility

Unused leather goods in original condition may be returned according to our standard return policy. Any item showing signs of wear, shaping, or break-in is considered used and cannot be accepted for return.
