Shipping Policy
Orders are processed twice weekly every Monday and Friday in the order they are received. Order adjustments or special handling requests may extend processing time.
Combined Shipments
Multiple orders shipping to the same address may be combined. If separate shipments are required, please notify us before dispatch. We will accommodate requests whenever possible.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is handled by the selected carrier. Shipping delays, missed scans, or transit damage are outside our direct control. If an issue arises, contacting the carrier often results in the fastest resolution. We remain available to assist when needed.
Domestic Shipping
We offer multiple domestic shipping options through major carriers. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin the business day after shipment. Expedited services shorten transit time but do not guarantee same-day order processing.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for understanding local import laws and regulations before ordering. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
We cannot reimburse items seized or refused by customs authorities. Returned international shipments due to import issues will be refunded minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
Some international shipping methods offer limited tracking or insurance. Customers assume the associated risk when selecting economy services.
Please note: limited or rare items are not available for international shipping. We advise securing a proxy address and providing that at checkout if there are items in your cart that do not have international shipping as an option.
Shipping Rates
Final shipping costs may adjust based on package weight, destination, or carrier service area fees. If adjustments are required, we will contact you before shipment.
