Accepted Payment Methods

Orders paid by credit or debit card may ship only to the verified billing address for new customers or new payment methods. Alternative shipping addresses require verified secure payment options.

Order Cancellations

Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% handling fee. Payment processors charge non-refundable transaction fees that are incurred at the time an order is placed.

Product Limits

Certain products may carry purchase limits to ensure fair availability. Orders that attempt to bypass stated limits may be cancelled without notice.

Address Verification

Preorders

Preorder items ship when received from the manufacturer. Estimated ship dates are provided as guidance and may change. Preorders are fulfilled in the order received.

Payment Timing

Orders must be paid at checkout unless explicitly approved for alternate arrangements. Unpaid orders may be cancelled to maintain inventory availability.
