The Microtech 4.2 inch Santoku condenses the performance of a full-size kitchen blade into a compact, highly controlled format. Its shorter profile is optimized for precision work, allowing accurate slicing and detail cutting where larger knives become unwieldy.

Machined from Bohler M390MK steel, the blade maintains strong edge retention and clean cutting geometry. The handle, available in G10, carbon fiber, or Ultem, provides a stable grip and balanced handling for extended prep. Reduced in scale but uncompromised in construction, this Santoku is built for deliberate, repeatable performance in the kitchen.
